Hi, we're Rhys and Jack, the builders behind Top Notch Built.
Renovations and extensions are where we spend most of our time. Kitchens stripped back and rebuilt properly. Bathrooms that hold up year after year. Extensions that actually flow with the rest of the house.
With 16 years of combined experience across residential building and custom carpentry, we've worked on everything from single-room renovations in Bondi to full home rebuilds in Coogee and rear extensions in Maroubra.
Every job is quoted personally, managed personally, and finished to a standard we're happy to put our name on.
